UVX - RAYS

UVX are proud to present their second album , RAYS , released through Magick Eye Records , and distributed by SRD in the UK.

UVX is the ongoing project of dance music producer PIN working in collaboration with musicians Tim Norman and Luke Boucher. It is named after the European Space Agency satellite , the International Ultraviolet Explorer.

In contrast to the ambient concepts of the band debut LP , Double Helix , the tracks on UVX-RAYS encompass a diversity of dance music styles , from Reggae to House , Jungle to Techno. This reflects the producers commitment to , and respect for, all forms of comtemporary dance music.

UVX is a fundamentally experimental collective , now based in studios in Brighton following relocation from Brixton , South London. Basing their attitude to music production on sampling technology and the dance rhythms of the world, UVX seek to challenge the consciousness of the '90's in both their recorded output and their live club work
